Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations since the cookies are baked on order. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Refunds
1) If you receive a damaged or wrong order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@dopaminecookies.com with a photo of the order. We will try to resolve the issue virtually but if the order needs in-person inspection, we will have the order picked up from your address at your time of convenience. Upon receiving the order, we will take upto 24 hours to conclude if the order is indeed damaged or wrong; if it is, the refund will be initiated immediately.
2) Refunds will be given on a case by case basis, when the order is delivered after the expiry date of the product. Delayed-Delivery Cases that DO NOT QUALIFY for refund include, but are not limited to:
a) Delay due to unavailability of recipient to collect the order.
b) Delay due to order being delivered to neighbour/security upon instructions from the recipient.
c) Delay due to Incorrect Address Details.
d) Delay due to Incorrect Contact Details.
e) Delay due to unresponsiveness of recipient.
f) Delay due to sudden emergencies such as, but not limited to, weather conditions, climactic events, natural disasters etc.
